SaaS barely existed a decade ago, yet today it has already rocketed to $63 billion in annual sales. Microsoft is now generating over $1 billion a year from cloud revenue, and their cloud business is growing by 128% a year. Golf – The golf market has over $2 billion in opportunity, and DSGT is the current market leader stemming from key relationships with golf cart manufacturers.
In addition to the core Golf related business, DSGT is aggressively expanding into other markets. Agriculture – Nearly six billion cases of fresh produce are shipped across the United States each year. Starting in August 2015, it will all need to be tracked and monitored every step of the way, from field to market, thanks to the Food Safety Modernization Act, a sweeping reform that creates accountability by increasing traceability. DSG Global Inc. recognizes the produce industry must now move from paper traceability systems to electronic systems and has already established commercial relationships with orchards and vineyards in North America. Commercial Fleet Deployment – The fleet management market is expected to grow from $12.06 billion in 2014 to $35.35 billion by 2019. DSGT projects that every installation will generate $1,000 to $1,500 in advertising revenue annually for each installed unit or an average of $75,000+ per golf course. DSGT uses this revenue not only to increase their bottom line, but as a way to lower costs to their customers as well. Mr. Robert "Bob" Silzer
Robert has over 20 years' experience in the GPS tracking and fleet solutions industries. He is the founder of our subsidiary, DSG TAG Systems Inc. and has served as Chief Executive Officer of DSG TAG Systems since its inception in April 2008. Robert serves as our President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, positions he has held since May 6, 2015.
Mr. Silzer has developed multiple new product concepts and successfully introduced these products to market including an electronic handheld bingo gaming device, the handheld GPS golf units and the a Wi-Fi enabled GPS golf business solution for golf. Prior to establishing DSG TAG, Mr. Silzer and his team designed a total golf solution that addressed the growing needs in Golf Course management. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions different companies with diversified hardware and software platforms, he founded GPS Industries in 1996, serving as its CEO, Chairman and Director until 2007.
Mr. Stephen Johnston
Stephen Johnston is the founding Partner of Global Golf Advisors and one of the leading authorities on operational analysis and financial solutions for golf businesses. Steve began his career at the accounting firm of Thorne Gunn/Thorne Riddell in Toronto in 1973. He earned his Chartered Accountant designation while with Thorne Riddell in 1976 and in 1984 was promoted to Partner and given responsibility for major client accounts. His audit experience with major accounts subsequently expanded into real estate, communications and insurance.
When the firm became known as KPMG, Steve continued as an Audit Partner and in 1992 created the KPMG Golf Industry Practice and assumed responsibility as National Director. Steve is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree and business courses complement relevant to his Chartered Accountant designation. He provides a keen insight for banking and finance solutions arising from his years of advising numerous international financial institutions. He has completed due diligence and valuation assignments for some of the largest golf-related transactions in North America and has completed multiple market studies to reposition various golf assets. In addition, Steve has been actively involved with workouts/receiverships, providing operational and financial guidance. These assignments typically lead to member buyouts/transitions from developers or to an outright disposition of property. Mr. James Singerling
Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) CEO James B. Singerling, CCM, today announced his intention to retire in 2015, completing 25 years of service. The early timing of the announcement is consistent with the terms of Singerling's contract and will allow him to assist in the transition to a new CEO by his retirement date.
"The opportunity to lead this organization and continue to develop the club industry and its leaders has been tremendously gratifying," said Singerling. "Our industry is well-positioned to continue expanding the scope and reach of clubs across the nation while also providing jobs and supporting local small businesses as we have for decades."
Singerling began serving as CEO in 1990 and is credited with elevating the professional role of club managers by creating industry-standard development and certification programs. Over the past two decades, he spearheaded efforts to adopt the general manager/chief operating officer model at clubs nationwide, raising the qualifications and quality of club managers. Singerling is also recognized for building new relationships for the industry with federal and state governments and within the association community.
In addition to his work within the U.S., Singerling was instrumental in the development of professional club management associations internationally, helping other nations elevate the role of club managers by adopting professional standards and certifications. Regions where his leadership is recognized include South America, Australia, China, South Africa and the Asian-Pacific corridor, among others.

In 1996 she was invited to join the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA board of directors and enjoyed every minute of her 20-year tenure. Mr. Michael Leemhuis
Michael was born and had his initial education in South Africa. After graduating from Pretoria Boys HS, he studied at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg graduating with a teaching degree in Physical Education and History.
Michael started his teaching career at the renowned King Edward VII School in South Africa where he taught PE and History. Michael’s desire for education then brought him to the United States, where he studied at UCLA for a brief time. It was this experience at UCLA that drove him to complete his Master’s degree in Sport at East Carolina University.
Michael’s life-time goal of a career in sport has been realized and he is the first one to tell you that the only positions he has ever had, have been in the sports industry. His experience in sport has run through many different industries; hotel/resort management; stadium management; athlete representation; event management; sports retail and finally private club management. He is also no stranger to major sporting events, having been very involved in the hosting of a U.S. Open (Congressional C.C. 2011); a USTA Tennis event; eight PGA TOUR events and multiple ultra-distance marathon and triathlon races.
He’s extensive leadership and sports experience has been gained in his roles as the President of the Ocean Reef Club; CEO of Congressional Country Club; President of the Club Managers Association of America in 2009; GM/Director of Golf at the PGA TOUR; General Manager, Sport and Recreation at Sun City Resort; Tournament Director of the Nedbank Million Dollar Golf Challenge and MD of Sports International. One of Mike’s career highlights was guiding Congressional Country Club to the #1 spot in the Platinum Clubs of America and into the top 100 of Platinum Clubs in the World.
Education combined with certification are what Mike believes are the cornerstones of success in business and in life and to that end Mike is a Certified Club Manager (CCM) and Certified Chief Executive (CCE) through CMAA, as well as a certified PGA member through the PGA of America and the PGA of South Africa (Master Professional). In 2011 Michael was recognized as the CMAA Club Manager of the Year for his dedication and commitment to the club industry and in 2013 he was presented The Boardroom magazine - Jim Singerling Leadership Award. As of November 2016, Michael has served as the Chairman of the PGA of America National Employment Committee, a way he feels he can give back to the golf community at large. In 2019 Mike was recognized by CMAA as one of 10 “Fellows” in their inaugural class.
An avid sportsman himself, Mike has twice finished the grueling Hawaii Ironman Triathlon, numerous other ultra-triathlons, two ultra-marathons and 40 marathons. His other passions are fishing, photography, travel, wine and reading. Michael is a native of South Africa … married to his wife Dale for 37 years and a proud father of two very athletic sons, Matthew and Joshua … he and Dale currently reside in Jupiter, FL, USA.

Mr. Patrick J. Parenti

Patrick currently manages the overall International and Domestic sales operations for Vantage TAG Systems. His current role includes recruiting, training, and supporting international and domestic distributors as well as directly managing the New Exclusive Golf Course management program, providing additional low-cost fleet security, course management and fleet reporting programs vital to successful multi-course operators. Patrick’s extensive experience in Golf and Golf Course management started over 25 years ago earning his Class A PGA status in 1992. Patrick attended Purdue and earned a degree in Marketing. Prior to DSG Global Inc/VANTAGE TAG SYSTEMS. Patrick served as President for CaddyTronic, LLC. His role included designing and building the new product, hiring and training the sales team, engineering, and service organization. He started his golf career at Lafayette Golf Course as an Assistant Professional, managed the Raven at South Mountain in Phoenix, Desert Canyon in Fountain Hills, and the Ravines in West Lafayette, Indiana.

Rick offers an extensive 40-year background in the automotive field. This includes automotive manufacturing, vehicle distribution, parts distribution, service management, dealer development as well as executive management experience with private and public dealer groups.
As the Director of Electric Vehicles for a large California dealer group, they became number one in sales volume for Nissan Leaf, Chevrolet Volt and Coda EV at the time. Rick also managed resale for the largest EV Rental Car company in America.
Rick was instrumental in buying the Coda EV company assets with his business partner. They re-established the brand and set up manufacturing, sales, service, and parts network. Later they sold Coda to a larger EV Technology Company where he was their President for six years.
He has worked extensively in Asia for several years sourcing new products and suppliers as well as establishing various electric vehicle manufacturing relationships. He worked as a consultant to the largest EV manufacture in the world and has extensive automotive import and export experience.

Zahir Gonzalez Loaiza has over 5 years of experience as a Corporate Controller for small and medium businesses. Jonway group has sold over 100,000 various cars, trucks, SUV’s, and other personal transportation devices in various markets worldwide. We are their exclusive distributor in US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean market. Zhejiang Jonway Automobile Co, Ltd, is one of independent car manufacturers in China. It is located in the east of Zhejiang province, and was constructed on May, 2003. It has more than 1,000 employees and occupies an 573,000 square meters production base, which are invested more than 78 million dollars, including pressing, welding, painting and assembling four advanced main workshop. Jonway has a strong history of sales of its vehicles since inception. Its production capacity of its automotive plant is over 50,000 units per year and their scooter/LSV plant has capacity of over 200,000 units annually. Their models meet Euro III (China) emissions standards, also current European Standards for Emissions for models sold in Europe and meet US Emissions requirements for certain models as well. Jonway holds ISO 9001:2000 quality and CCC certification.

We will have access to sell all of Jonway products in the exclusive territory under the Jonway/DSG Global Agreement. This will include both low and high-speed electric vehicles including scooters, eRickshaws ,golf carts, SUV’s, cars, vans and trucks. Many of these products will incorporate DSG Tag Monitoring Systems.

They are ordered and in production.  We expect them to arrive in California in March 2020. Unfortunately the Corona virus has created delays but we understand staff is back end of Feb/2020

We already have pending orders for the one vehicle currently certified for sale in the United States. Once the remaining vehicles are here, we can finalize certification and start processing orders on multiple models. We expect to begin delivering vehicles during Q2/ 2020.
